A number of studies show that methylparaben may cause cancerous skin damage. Further studies are required to assess this risk.
You should not use anything without doctor's advise as it may be harmful for your skin.
Let's connect over a call so that we can discuss your concern in details and make a suitable treatment plan for you.

Mr Devappa, Thanks for the query.
I have gone through the details mentioned. However, the information is very inadequate. Because to give any opinion I need to know the TSH & T4 levels when diagnosis was made. Secondly what were the symptoms? Why was a steroid given? Because in hyperthyroidism main treatment is with antithyroid drugs like Carbamizole and Thiouracil. To control symptoms of palpitation a beta blocker is used. So I need to know why was a steroid used? Then TSH will not be show...more

If hyper thyroidism detected in first 3 months of pregnancy the first choice is ptu but subsequent 6 months pregnancy nmz (neomercazole) can be safely taken under close supervision of doctor as frequent 4-6 weekly thyroid testing needed so auto avoid under or overdosing.

Hi welcome to Lybrate.com
let me tell you that the symptoms described by you suggest that you have hyperthyroidism (overactive thyroid).
In this situation, I suggest you do a total thyroid test in your body.
I also suggest antithyroid drugs methimazole (tapazole) and propylthiouracil (ptu) block your thyroid from making too many hormones.
Beta-blockers that help with symptoms like anxiety, shaking, or a fast heartbeat.
Radioactive iodine this is easier to treat than hyperthyr...more

Hi,
It is not appropriate to prescribe eye drops without actually examining you. However, as a general guideline, you may use sodium hydroxy propyl methylcellulose eye drops, any brand, to keep your eyes refreshed. If not relieved, you shall anyway go to an ophthalmologist for your annual eye checkup.
