Gastric ulcer at your age needs to be checked with biopsy and h.pylori infection. Please redo endoscopy and treatment accordingly. Once pathology of ulcer has been evaluated then higher acid suppressing drugs can be used. Take care.

No. The medicines mentioned (omeprazole, vitamin b compound strong tablets, and cholecalciferol vitamin d3, aripiprazole, citalopram, clonazepam, and olanzapine taken separately) do not interact with mentat tablet.

This medicine (proton pump inhibitor (PPI).) will not cure problem. It only works by reducing the amount of acid in the stomach. The day u dont take medicine normal acid production will be there n u will have symptoms.

Please describe what kind of Gastrointestinal problem you have.
If you have problems of heartburn, pain in upper part of abdomen, regurgitation of food then get an Ultrasound done. If that is normal then you should get an Upper GI endoscopy done since you may have Peptic ulcers or gastritis or GERD. Please avoid taking Omeprazole/Pantoprazole for a long time as this might create other problems.
