You'll have to change your rheumatoid medications, you can try tab leflunamide 100 mgs one a day for first 3 days followed by 20 mgs daily instead of hsqs and folitrax. Also start tab deflazacort 6 mg's 3 times a day for 2 weeks, then 6 mg's twice a day for 1 week, then 6 mg's once a day for 1 week and then stop. Leflumanide will continue with renal and liver function tests every 3 months. Also get your uric acid and vitamin d levels in blood tested fasting.

Yes it looks like to are going through depression, if you are able to realize that the doubts on your husband are unreasonable and repetitive and you are not able to control it then I think you should take professional help.
