Prothiaden is a powerful antidepressant, but not that effective for anxiety. Etizola also has weak anxiety reducing properties. For panic and anxiety there are other wonderful medications. Consult any psychiatrist for the same.

You need to talk to your doctor and she will accordingly consider an increase in the dosage or change odd medicines. Relying only on medication is not a good idea. He can take covid vaccine if his cardiac condition is ok. But usually veniz D is not given for patients with hypertension for treatment of anxiety. If possible get it changed. Good luck.

Make it a habit to take care of yourself.

If your symptoms are under control then you can start tapering medicines first reduce the dose of sommeril to 1/2 tab for 10 days then stop it.
