You need to talk to your doctor and she will accordingly consider an increase in the dosage or change odd medicines. Relying only on medication is not a good idea. You should go for counselling inn tandem with the medicine. Stretch every morning and evening. Even basic stretches can help relieve anxiety and keep you in tune with your body.
Try to get at least 8 hours of sleep. You’ll feel more energized.
