They do have side effects, but not all may be affected .and those affected without benefits .why they should continue .Why not shift to NATURAL treats and. It is fine to take paracetamol with ibuprofen, naproxen, aspirin or codeine (assuming these are appropriate for you). However, don't take paracetamol with co-codamol, co-dydramol or Tramacet because these contain paracetamol.

I am sorry to hear about your concern but will be happy to assist you.
If you sit all day in front of a computer, your neck and eyes might also feel strained due to fatigue. This can lead to feelings of pressure and heavy-headedness. If you work at a computer, make sure to take breaks frequently during the day to rest your neck and eyes.
Let's connect over a call so that we can discuss your concern in details and make a suitable treatment plan for you.

Hello,
itss good that you have given a good history of your symptoms. Yes you can take neurokind without any problems. In addition do not bend forwards / do not strain your back, sleep on a hard bed with a mattress and always sit on a dining chair with thin cushion etc rather than sofa and low seating arrangements.
