Hello Lybrate user, most of the time a white patch on your skin could be just dryness related, sun damage or a fungal infection. Make sure to moisturise well, sun protection with a cap or helmet and if a fungal infection was suspected I would go in for a plain clotrimazole cream rather than the combination. Hope I answered your question. T.c.

U can do the following to ease the symptoms of psoriasis
1. Prevent dry skin
use a humidifier to keep the air in your home or office moist. This can help prevent dry skin before it starts.
Sensitive skin moisturizers are also great at keeping your skin supple and preventing plaques from forming.
2. Avoid fragrances
most soaps and perfumes have dyes and other chemicals in them that may irritate your skin. They can make you smell great, but they also can inflame psoriasis.

Hi, Itching in vagina can be due to fungal infection. Clotrimazole is commonly used but if not relieved you should get yourself checked by gynaecologist for any other problem associated terbinafine ointment can be applied locally nadoxin plus) also some anti allergic medicine will help.

Hi. Clobetasol is never advised in ringworm infection and on long term use it will just damage your skin. Initially it reduces itching and rashes due to its antiinflammatory effect but can never kill the fungus. So there wil be persistence of fungal infection with more number of lesions. Visit nearest dermatolgist in person if possible or online .thanks.
