Hi, acne requires longterm management. Tablets are needed if creams don't give results. The doctor may give higher antibiotic if azithromycin is not effective. It takes 3-4 months to get appreciable response. So please continue your treatment under a dermatologist and you will get results.

pls specify if it is sticky or dry dandruff
sticky dandruff occurs due to excess sebum secretion from scalp you need to remove the excess oil. Apply vinegar, gently, the flakes will come out. After that apply any herbal based shampoo.
For dry dandruff which is rather uncommon. Apply a little table salt. Then shampoo your hair herbal based for both types you need to clean your hair like this twice a week take citrus fruits.
