Advice - berberis aquafolium q apply on affected part 3-4 times a day, berberis aquafolium 30, 5pills 3 times a day before meal. Advice - wash face 2-3 times a day, don't use harsh chemical based face wash, creams etc, avoid spicy and oily food specially at night, drink plenty of water, eat vegetables and fruits. Avoid alcohol and smoking, sugary products, junk food etc.
