Hello lybrate-user.
Fungal infections need long term and correct treatment that are modified from time to time depending on response. The infection has become very resistant. We would like to know your detailed history, see the condition and review previous treatments. Certain investigations of blood and skin may also be necessary. Hence kindly schedule a visit with a dermatologist near you or write to us to schedule an appointment. Wishing you health.
