You should try non pharmacological methods- yoga, pranayam, meditation and psychological therapies like cbt, along with medications and then reduce the medicines as per your doctor's advice.

Hello sir,
I can understand your concern. Propranolol may decrease the motility of the sperms. However, I would advice you to not stop it abruptly as there can be some withdrawl symptoms. So firstly you and your wife can visit a fertility clinic or doctor, get the tests and medical advice and then depending on what exactly is the underlying cause, you can plan for next.
Hope this helps, best wishes!

If your doc feels that is the best combination drug, you should take it.
But firstly you should get treated for your panic attacks & anxiety disorder. Otherwise your BP might not be controlled.
Good luck.

Betacap TR is given for hand tremors (vibration) not for BP. So let her continue it. Check BP regularly ,as you said it can decrease BP aswell.

yes.. not to worry... however treatment depends on the grade...You are suffering from hormonal changes causing Androgenetic alopecia causing hair fall. It's completely stoppable even regrowth of hair is possible with certain medications without any side effects. Treatment depends on the grade of hair loss.
