Dear lybrate-user, please consider strengthening your lifestyle and finding ways to destress. Exercise/healthy food/adequate sleep. You can defenitely attempt to slowly reduce and stop medication but only under the supervision and guidance of a qualified doctor. All the best.

Do not discontinue on your own without doctor's instructions. Even if you are feeling good it is better to taper off your medications to avoid any withdrawal symptoms and relapse. Different people react differently depending on their constitution and lifestyle. Your doctor who prescribed is your best bet.
