Your pulse rate of 122 is the upper limit of normal pregnant women. Kindly recheck at different occasion before starting the medicine. As metoprolol is category c drug. Which means no studies in human or animal done sufficiently to know its effect on pregnant women.

Levothyroxine tablets have to be taken early morning on empty stomach, then nothing should be taken for at least 1 to 1 and half hours. This is absolutely necessary, for helping proper absorption of thyroxine. Thanks.
