Have you ever had cbt? Cognitive behavioural therapy (cbt) will be beneficial to control ocd symptoms. Kindly check with your doctor about availability of cbt in your city.

Flunil (fluoxetine) is a good medicine for treatment of OCD. Usual dosage for OCD is 40-80 mg/day. Some people have gastric irritation with it, and the upper abdominal pain may be because of it. Such pain usually is relieved by taking Antacids. There are some other medications available for OCD which may not cause gastric irritation.
