Hiii.... Most of the time knee pain resolves with physiotherapy. As you say, if physiotherapy has not helped you, then probabaly its time to change the physio. However, have trust on physio, it will definitely help you on long term unless and otherwise there is red flag signs such as severe swelling, night pain, warm joint etc

3. No smoking/ tobacco/drugs/ avoid pollution
4. Diet - no ghee/ butter, have mix of vegetable oils - mustard, til, ground nut, olive oil, have more green vegetables and fruits, have whole grain atta, no fried. Fast. Spicy / processed/ junk food. No sugar, potato, rice
5. 30 mts brisk walk daily 6. Deep breathing exercise for 10 mts daily
7. Meditation daily for 10 mts. 6-8 hrs of sleep at night

it is nice of you to worry about your father. You can stop sulpitac and prodine, if you wish. It may not cause any withdrawal symptoms. But the original symptoms for which you consulted the doctor may come back. Either prepare to face them and restart the tablets or coax him to continue the tablet till next appointment. It is common or people to refuse to take psychiatric tablets.

first of all please do not get disheartened. Pcod may be a reason for infertility in few but many pco women have normal and natural conceptions. How are your tubes and ovulatory status? follow healthy lifestyle -diet rich in fibre and restrict intake of refined carbohydrates. Go for a regular brisk walk for 30 to 45 min daily. Along with these follow the medication given by your infertility consultant. You will surely conceive. Don't worry, all the best.
