If you are suffering from constipation, there are chances that you get pain in anal region. There is nothing serious. Make sure you are not getting constipated. If possible you can practice sitz bath which is also good for relieving pain and swelling.

take plenty of fiber and drink sufficient water to keep you hydrated, use stool softeners to smooth passing of your stool don't strain on passing poops.
