anal fissure is usually associated with constipation (due to straining & hard stool). You have to modify your dietary habits & daily routine to regulate your bowel movements.
Firstly, have plenty of water & fibre rich diet; avoid red meat (if you are non-vegetarian).
Secondly, for healing of fissure at anus, you have to do sitz bath with lukewarm water 3-4 times/day; followed by application of fidonal/cremagel-l cream at anal verge after every sitz bath.

It may give you temporary relief. Please take laxatives to avoid constipation. Triphala churna is easily available with ayurvedic medical stores. Have it regularly 5 gms in evening with lukewarm water. Take high fiber diet, with lots of liquid, avoid fasting.
