Ethamsylate is not the solution. First of all it is necessary to reach the final diagnosis and then u should proceed for the treatment. Sometimes blood vomiting is also due to Acid peptic disorders. So I would advise u not to take oily spicy and junk food. Take proper sleep at night. Take Ayurved treatment to pacify pitta dosha. U may take Syrup Sucralfate before food for few days. Plz rule out clotting disorders.

Start a proton pump inhibitor regularly along with syrup sucralfate. Also you need to start on saome antianxiety medications for raised hearbeat.
