Dear lybrate-user, people who suffer from depression often have sleep issues and also anxiety which makes them use medicines like alprazolam or drugs like tobacco to cope with these problems. Tobacco is a very addictive substance and quitting it is a bit harder for those with depression. This need to be managed after getting admitted in a psychiatric ward.
Meanwhile try to reduce the dose by about 1 tab of tramadol as well as clonazepam.
This will cause some withdrawal symptoms for about a week.
Try adding some physical exercise like yoga or running in your routine which will decrease the intensity of craving and other withdrawal symptoms follow universal sleep hygeine, most importantly do not use bed for lying down or sleeping during day time.

Hi, dependence on alprazolam is a manageable condition and require gradual tapering of dose and stopping and treatment of underlying anxiety or mood disorder. The treatment regimen depends on the number of tablets you take and duration of its use. You will need to visit a psychiatrist to discuss treatment options.

You mention that you wife's condition is schizophrenia and that she is on medications that are anti-anxiety anti-depressants in nature. I also am not sure if your mentioning lamitor od 200 in the medication list is even possible. However, we need more information as to why a troponin t test was done and if it was due to chest pain and a repeat troponin t test is elevated as well, you need to immediately consult a emergency physician and your psychiatrist. Please do so as soon as possible.

You have to discuss first to hope for results to some extent.
