Mr. lybrate-user, thanks for the query.
I have seen the details given. Since there is no information on fasting, pp glucose, hba1c%, lipid profile, dietary pattern & extent of daily exercise, there is no way to give any suggestion. Secondly your bmi (body mass index) is 28.65 kgs/sq meter (normal < 23 kgs/sq meter) which means you have an excess of over 15 kgs. This is a major hindrance in better glucose control. Mr. lybrate-user, hello, thanks ror the query.
The fasting glucose mentioned is quite high. Ideally fbg should be < 100 mg to closer to it. Pp should be 150 to 170 mg & hba1c% < 7% at your age. Therefore, it is clear that your diabetes is not in proper control. So there is a need to look at overall treatment which includes dietary pattern, extent of daily exercise, lipid profile and drug therapy. So I need to know your hba1c%, lipid profile, and above mentioned information. So if you come ba...more

If possible medically, get hip replacement surgery and control of diabetes by drugs, exercise and diet restrictions all togather.
