I hope you consulted a gynecologist. If not pl consult. Tranexa mf can be taken for heavy bleeding. But gynase tab should only be taken in consultation with gynec as it is a harmonal tab. If your gynec has prescribed then both can be taken together.

Norlut n 5 mg tablet is a synthetic form of progestin and has a similar action to the female hormone, progesterone.
