I hope you consulted a gynecologist. If not pl consult. Tranexa mf can be taken for heavy bleeding. But gynase tab should only be taken in consultation with gynec as it is a harmonal tab. If your gynec has prescribed then both can be taken together.

Kindly consult a gynaec. Usually while taking such tablets periods will not come. After stopping tablets periods will start coming.

Please rule out pregnancy first and if negative then you can opt for antifibrinolytics to control bleeding , and not norlut-n.

Norlut n 5 mg tablet is a synthetic form of progestin and has a similar action to the female hormone, progesterone. It is used to treat menstrual disorders and abnormal vaginal bleeding in women caused due to hormonal imbalances. It is also used for birth control to prevent unwanted pregnancies. So there is no chances of getting pregnant.
