Hello, My doctor telling me to take nexito plus 5 mg at night but it was disturb my sleep at night so can I take nexito plus after breakfast or lunch. l also take Amlodipine m 25 before breakfast for high Blood pressure. Please tell me as early as possible.

It should be taken At night. It normally reduces your anxiety and induces sleep. It should not be taken morning it will interference with your work.

If you stop your BP will gradually rise above 140 in one year. You can stop but continue to monitor BP once every month, as is done in patients on medicine.

It will cause withdrawal hypertension. U need to taper it slowly and cosult Dr. Plus do ecg if possible.

Yes .saroglitazar is essentially antidiabetic but also reduces cholesterol. Both drugs together will effectively bring cholesterol down.

Please explain what is the level (7.95 uiu/l) you are referring to? Whether it is tsh or any other hormone. If it tsh then she has sub-clinical hypothyroidism, which invariably does not require any treatment. Please also let me know what are the symptoms she has related to thyroid gland? Thanks.

I suggest do not change the medicine from metoprolol to telmistatran 40 because by this your blood pressure become elevated sir. Continue the same medication sir.
