Hi she had problem in doing intercourse but after 1 year she is able to do by applying lidocaine but she has tried only 3-4 times by applying lignocaine or can you use lube & lignocaine simultaneously so is that have any side effect? Or can she conceive by applying lidocaine.

She can conceive even with lignocaine gel too but since you are having problem in normal intercourses, please visit for a check up.

I hv problem in having intercourse reason 1st it's very painful wen I try to insert it. Second while trying to hv sex, semen won't come only. My girlfriend aged 23, is a virgin and we wish to have penetrative sex. Her hymen is also intact. She is bit concerned about the pain during 1st time sex. Am aware about the the need of long foreplay and stimulation of clitoris for natural lubrication process of vagina and it's opening up etc. Am also aware about making my girlfriend feeling relaxed and comfortable etc. Her vagina gets very well lubricated during foreplay. My specific and limited pointed query is that, will LOX 2% gel or xylocaine 2% gel (anaesthetic gel) help, with respect to reduction of pain and how should it be applied, since she being a virgin with an untorn hymen? Or, will water based lubricant help in reducing the pain? As it's for the girls who don't get good natural vaginal lubrication. Please suggest an appropriate medication with names to help relieve her of the possible pain during penetration along with how it should be applied. Thanks.
