Step 1: Swallow the Mifepristone pill with water. Step 2: Wait 24-48 hours after swallowing Mifepristone. Step 3: Take 800 mg of Ibuprofen 1 hour before using Misoprostol. Step 4: Place 4 Misoprostol pills under your tongue (sublingual).
Yes one take in typhoid fever.

Normally these tabs are available only to doctors to give to patients and not available for patients to consume directly. Doctor has to rule out certain problems in patient before giving and patient needs to be under supervision mainly when misoprostol is given, also important to do sonography 2 weeks later. So for all these reasons meet gynaecologist.

I took unwanted 72 on first day of periods itself because it didn't came and mine is always accurate, also 72 hrs were passing by. I took home pregnancy test and was negative but on the same used kit I again kept urine after few hours and the second light line appeared. I am totally confused please help. My last date was feb 22. After a month on march 24th I checked and confirmed that i'm pregnant. I used unwanted kit to terminate the pregnancy. Taken mifepristone on 29th and misoprostol on 30th. And I got bleeding after 3 hours. But it is lighter than normal and bleeding is not continued after 6 hours. Means stopped. Please help me.

It's incomplete abortion. Set of 5 tablet to be taken for 3 days as written on the pack. Only one tablet of misoprostol can't cause complete abortion. Do visit local doctor.

It's been almost 24 days since I had intercourse and as I was doubtful of pregnancy I took an i-pill right away the next day. Even though as I was doubtful because of some symptoms I tested 3 times with a gap of 3-4 days for now. It came out negative the first two times but now as I tested it today morning it came out positive. As this is an unwanted pregnancy I want to abort it and want to know if I can use the misoprostol and mifepristone for doing so.

You can use these medicines but do not delay much. Also take them in the prescribed sequence for optimal effect. Be careful about this next time because these pills can cause hormonal disturbance.

For successful medical abortion you have to take all the tablets in the kit as have been advised. Mifprestone alone does not cause abortion.

In the first trimester, two options are available: Aspiration is done by a physician in the clinic or the Abortion Pill which you take at home. Yes, complete the entire tablets to reduce the chances of incomplete abortion.
Then after two weeks get an ultrasound done to ensure complete abortion
