Unless your doctor feels there is a need to take progesterone at this time of pregnancy do not give it yourself. Consult your doctor.Let her decide after examining the baby. Most of the time in natural conception it is given as precaution rather than indicated. Some times without progesterone also everything might have gone well

There's some misunderstanding. Progesterone from 14 th day for 15 days will not help you get pregnant. This hormone is given once conception occurs, test is positive and we need to retain the pregnancy, save it from miscarriage. Get back to your doctor and lead a normal life minus hormones.

To reduce the uric acid levels in blood, you may need to limit intake of alcohol, sugary foods and reduce purine rich foods like meat, poultry, seafood and pulses. Vegetables such as cauliflower, asparagus, spinach, peas and mushroom also contain a lot of purines

Dear Lybrateuser, - The dietary sources of folate are mainly green leafy vegetables such as spinach, asparagus, fenugreek leaves, sprouts, whole grains beetroot, non veg foods like salmon
- the best natural source of vit D is sunlight, exposure for 10-15 min daily is sufficient, other sources are organ meats, cheese, fortified milk & milk products, cereals, fish like salmon, mackeral, tuna
- also if levels are quite low then supplements along with diet would be required.
