I am having cervical spondylosis . My right hand is paining seriously . Tell me proper medicine that can cure it . I am diabetic . Doctor has prescribed me to check (MRI of cervical spine with screening of brain ) is it necessary to check it. Doctor has prescribed this medicine are they perfect : Medicine are as follows Defical -os capsule MyCo -folio acid, B-complex & lipoic Acid tablets HD3 softgel capsule Pregalin x Dr. 75. REMARKS OF MY MRI SCAN REPORT The C6/7 disc shows an asymmetric left bulge with prominent left paracentral and posture-lateral and foramina components indenting the ventral thecal sac and causing severe left and causing severe left and along with the uncovertebral hypertrophy causing severe left exit foramina narrowing impinging on the existing left C7 nerve root The C5/6 disc shows an asymmetric right bulge with prominent uncovertebral hypertrophy contributing to severe right exit foramina narrowing and impinging on the existing right C6 nerve root Milder changes at C3/4 and C4/5 Any serious problem tell me any options and Dr. told me to be admitted to hospital is it needed for me let me know and any other medicine needed tell me.

Sir, I feel sever soreness & pain in my both sides of neck, shoulder, arms, total back. More in upper back inside under thorax & chest pain with pinning in my upper chest. Pressing outside no pain I can feel. Pain more in morning & afternoon to late night every day. Feel flu like. Sometimes sweats in upper back & upper abdomen & chest. Chronic headache with soreness &congestion. Heavy gas formation moving upward with education all time. Dizziness & vertigo like feelings. Anxiety & depression I also feel. I tested all blood works, esr ,crp, raf,tsh, ft3,ft4, hla b27, hiv all normal. Vit b12-512, vitd-17.2. Urea, creatinine,k also ok. Usg&ugie shows grade 1 fatty liver & antral gastritis. Ct scan of brain normal. Xray neck shows cervical spondylosis. Bt I feel widespread pain now I can't tolerate more. I hv taken gabapin nt for a month. Pregalin nt for another 15 days bt no improvement. Now I am taking psychiatric med for anxiety & depression still pain growing. I can't do anything. Which specialist I should consult. please help.

You have not mentioned your age??
1 Rule out cardiac problem also
2 Take vitamin D3 replacement as it is less
3. Since gastritis is there stop all pain killers and start antacid and medications like Ranitidine to reduce gastritis since that can also cause your symptoms
4. Take diet less spicy and less hot
5 Drunk plenty of water
6 You can take physiotherapy for cervical spondilosis

Hi sir/ mam, I am recovered from covid, today is my 28 day, as per physician took few tests complete blood picture with esr, vit b12, d dimer, hs crp. All are normal. My query is for the past 10 days some I have head numbness and dizziness when I wakeup in the morning till evening after that it wll be fine. Consulted ent doctor two days before and took ct scan pns and its normal. Dr. said it would be due to virus infect the nerves and develop such problems and advised to take tab pregabalin & methylcobalamin and using it since two days and still have the numbness and dizziness, is it fine or shall I have to take any other medication.

Post covid Headache and numbness has been well documented , It occurs as a pressure or numbness , massages, analgesics help and it will go away, You can continue same medication if it does not improve or increases than a short cours of steroids can also be used, but i feel at he moment what you are doing is OK

I am 16 years old and having pinched pain in my shoulders and numbness in my legs. I consulted with my near by doctor and he gave me three tablets: 1.armith-od (methylcobalamin, pyridoxine hcl and folic acid capsule) 2.serin-d (diclofenac potassium, paracetamol and serratiopeptidase tablets) 3.pra-nav (pregabalin and nortriptyline tablets) dosage directed- armith od 1 time serin-d 2 times a day pra-nav *1 time after taking all three medicines I feel very sleepy which prevents me from doing many works. Is this a side effect?

I am asking for my mother she is 67 years old and diagnosed with diabetics last 3 months since then her weight is reduced, pain in legs from knee to toe can't sit down and stand up properly. She is taking metformin 1000 mg tablet and gabamax gold with pregabalin, methylcobalamin. Somewhere sugar levels are reduced from 250 to 150 by medicine but doctor is unable to tell that why she can't walk stretch and sit up down properly after having medicine 3 months of dosage sometimes we felt that she is not suffering from diabetics and the problem is something else. Kindly light up this issue waiting for your sumptuous response.

Inability to stand or walk is not because of diabetes.
Kindly consult orthopaedic surgeon for knee and back or radiating pain below the knee.
Have at least x-ray of knee joint ap and lateral view.
And if necessary of back i.e. Lumbar spine ap and lateral. He can guide you for further treatment.

Metformin causes weight loss initially, so need not to worry. pain in legs can be because of osteoarthritis or osteoporosis, so you need to consult an orthopedic doctor.

I am from india and 34 year male. I am suffering from left side nerve pressure in head and sometimes pain travelling from head to toe. I have anxiety symptoms sometimes and was taking clonazepam 0.25 mg at night for that. But had panic issue sometimes. Have got ct and mri done 4 months ago and it was normal. But I sometimes feel like my brain is very sensitive to anything and shock absorbing system is little weak. Just started pregabalin 75 plus methylcobalamin 750 for nerve pain and getting little relief. Pls suggest what is the issue behind.

Ma'am, I am experiencing extreme pain in my legs, particularly knees. Also experience tingling sensations and numbness in hands and feet. Pain has given me sleepless nights. My vitamin d is 14 and b12 is 443. My esr is 40. I am taking oral formulations for 3 days but suffering from nausea and indigestion. Doctor has now advised weekly arachitol injections for five weeks. Also renerve plus inj have been prescribed. Please guide.

You need to get some more investigations related to your pain which includes cbc esr crp ra factor anti ccp uric acid
low vitamin d and b12 are indicative of the problems that you are facing.
Tablet pregabalin 75 milligram once a day after meals at night will help you

Hello respected Doctors. I'm 18 week's pregnant and suffering from Shoulder joint pain | neck and shoulder pain since 1 year ago. I have gone to many Doctors some of them advice me to take (Paracetamol 500mg tablet) take two tablets three times aday for 1 month. And some other Doctors advise me to take (Methylcobalamin 500mg injection) for 12 days. And some other Doctors advice me to take (Pregabalin 100mg tablet) take one tablet at bed time. And some other Doctors advice me to take (Vitamin D3). So dear respected Doctors I have taken all these medicines but there is no effect on my shoulders and neck pain. Same like before there is alot of pain on my Shoulders neck and spinal cord. And when there is alot of pain on my Shoulders and neck I use sometimes INDIAN MOVE CREAM. When I use this Cream it gives me some relaxation I fell little bit good then before. But again after sometimes I fell my shoulders neck pain and I start Vomiting. Dear Doctors sir believe me I became fatup with this kind of problem so please plz please I need your help please help me for my this problem.
