two or three large pegs are advisable. in your opinion it is 7 or 10 small pegs. it is ok. taking too much at one time leads so many problems. morning head weight, head ache, lack of sleep, weakness next day. take two pegs and eat good food. then you feel normal next day. taking heavy at one time it is not advisable. there are so many problems in home or road accidents or you may slip your tongue. some times it may not expectable. at your age beer is advisable. two or three is ok. dont ignore fo...more

It is not advisable to take 2-3 pegs of alcohol DAILY even without Rapilif. Occasionally taking 2-3 pegs, depends on the type of alcohol, the food with it, the duration of drinking, your own health status, how others are finding it unhealthy, whether you have escaped from your routine duties due to it, whether you drive after drinking.
