Daily recommended dose is 400 iu so if 1 ml contains 800 iu then dose will be 0.5 ml 1 ml = 20 drops so 0.5 ml = 10 drops you can give it 0.5 ml = 10 drops once daily dose schedule or you can give it 0.25 ml = 5 drops two times per day schedule.

Hello. Sarcoidosis is a chronic disease and prolonged treatment is necessitated with the topical ointments. The hydroquinone definitely helps in reducing the darkness of eyelids. You can start with eyedrop gate-p 4 times a day and eyedrop homide three times a day. Homide will cause blurring of vision. Consult eye spl when you can.

Yes, you can use luliconazole but take Onabet cream which contains sertaconazole 2% instead. And continue the Candid TV lotion. Apply it 15 minutes before your bath and then wash it off. Stop prednisolone for now.
