At your age its less likely prostate will be the problem. Rule out other causes if you have any lower urinary tract symptoms. And now a days prazopress is hardly prescribed for prostate enlargement as other good alternatives are available. Visit your urologist. And you can take ivermectin for whatever reason prescribed as per your doctors advise.

Dear Om Prakash. Causes of prostatitis may include infection, injury or an immune system disorder.
Symptoms include difficulty urinating, pain in the groin, pelvic area or genitals and, sometimes, flu-like symptoms.
Prostatitis may get better on its own. If it's caused by a bacterial infection, antibiotics may be prescribed.

Try ashwagandha or tagar natural herbs for sleep correction. Try ayurveda nasya karma and shirodhara which can help you to sleep rather then allopathic medication, as they carry a lot of side effects and are habbit forming. Also, you can try with pranayam and meditation as well, they can help you sleep well.
