What is the need for mood stabilizer, if the patient is maintaing well with single ssri?
Mood stabiliser is required if there is an inadequate response to adequate dose and duration of ssri.
If there is family history of bipolar disorder.
If there is ssri induced hypomanic episode.
If there is any evidence of bipolar depression better try lithium.

I hope you have already tried psychotherapy for the patient. If not. Please go for it. As you might get better insights on how the patient can overcome the same through the therapy faster and for the long term. Go for our package of overcoming and anxiety and depression.

Dear , panic disorder is due to underlying anxiety and anxiety is to be treated first. Please address your anxiety with the help of psychotherapy, meditation, exercise and life style changes. Bupron also is antidepressant used for stopping smoking also. You may feel over tired and lethargic if both are used. Consult your psychiatrist.

Its better that you consult a urologist to ensure that there is no real reason for your problem. In most of the cases it is psychological (fear and anxiety and unreasonable expectation due to ignorance ). Do not use any medication on your own. Indiscriminate use of different kinds of medicines without prescription can be harmful. Also go for a general health check-up every year and adopt a healthy life-style.

Panic and anxiety problems are truly psychological and you must try psychotherapy. If clinical hypnotherapy is also given with psychotherapy then the results are great. You will not need to take any medicines as you will get rid of your panic problem and that too in few weeks or ever less than this.
