Hello, since it has been less than 1 year since your angioplasty it is very important that you take your proper dose of blood thinners and prasugrel is one of them the other being aspirin. So would advise you not to stop prasugrel as there is a risk of the stent getting blocked. However it appears that you may be having bleeding in to the skin (dark blue patches) hence may be advisable to change from prasugrel to a less powerful blood thinner. 3. No smoking/ tobacco 4. Diet - no ghee/ butter, have mix of vegetable oils - mustard, til, ground nut, olive oil, have more green vegetables and fruits, have whole grain atta, no fried. Fast. Spicy / processed/ junk food. Less sugar, potato, rice

1. Avoid excess water, take 1/2 glass of water when ever you feel thirsty.
2. Avoid uncooked food.
3. Avoid freezed, preserved food.
4.Don't walk after diets.
5. Avoid vegerous walking.
6.Avoid chemical bath soaps. Use Panchagvya bath soap.
7. Take Giloy Ghana with turmeric kwath for 4wks.
