First discuss why you are taking it. Also it is an antiplatelet so it can lead to bleeding which could be in your semen or urine. U need further evaluation. Opt for pvt chat and discuss.

Hello, since it has been less than 1 year since your angioplasty it is very important that you take your proper dose of blood thinners and prasugrel is one of them the other being aspirin. However it appears that you may be having bleeding in to the skin (dark blue patches) hence may be advisable to change from prasugrel to a less powerful blood thinner. Please contact your regular cardiologist/ physician ...more

Metolar affects sleep. It is mostly avoided for asthma patients. You are taking a very small dose, but it can be discussed with your Dr. Losing weight, sometimes Drs check the thyroid in such complaints. Best wishes.

You have to continue all of the above as suggested by your doctor. Cut down on extra salt which is present as a preservative in papads, namkeens, pickles, chutneys and other canned foods. Do not sprinkle salt on salads but do take seasonal fruits and vegetables , as much as you can digest ! Regarding generic medicines , I have no idea but through my experience I can suggest Ashok by Himalaya & to take fruits like pomegranate fresh or a concoction made with dry seeds boiled in water for sometime, d...more

Your stent medicines prax and ecosprin are required only for 1 year. Ask your Dr. about single antiplatelet drug like clopidogrel 75.
Jogging will improve blood sugar but I feel it is is not the best way to live a healthy long life.
