My symptoms of anxiety include heart beating and suddenly when I see my friends or cousins I can not Hold my facial expression I become very nervous I can't smile. If I smile my lips become shivering. And also I can't face camera in front of another people if do my lips shivering when I smiling. It become very uncomfortable to me. I really feeling irritated. And also my hands are shivering very badly when I write something in front of the people. When people ask me question I can't answer it currently. When I being in a crush or with my friends I can't enjoy I feeling nervous. I was not like dis one years ago. I was so hapy so confident I am able to manage AnY anxious situation and can speak fluently. I have started medicine 9 month ago. Started lithosun 400 mg, prodep,for the first month and replace prodep and started arip mt 5 for 4 months. And along with iT started pramipexole. It slightly decreases my anxiety. Bt my physical symptoms still there. I have consuming iT for 6 months then started nexito for 1 month. And replace iT with buspin. Now am on lithosun, arip mt, buspin. Bt still I feel anxious. Which is the better medicine for my condition. Is these drug can help me at least relief my symptoms like facial expression?

Symptoms of anxiety, tremors since last 1 year needs a comprehensive evaluation. The medication that you are taking may also cause tremors and anxiety. I am 65 years old male pure vegetarian with no bad disorders like alcohol, tobacco, etc but having blood pressure and diabetes, recently I had angioplasty for 2 blockages with 75% and 95%, now I had been advised to take only 1.25 litres of water in a day and diet plan too. I am having un easy irritation unfriendly in nature, not actually pain but uncomfortable sursurahat, in hindi we can say uneasy gudguddi in legs which doesn't allow me to sleep sometimes in left leg and in right leg or sometimes simultaneously. I can't explain the situation which makes my legs un bearable un easyness not pain as it doesn't allow me to sleep and my legs always I have to beat or rub on muscles or heat it with warm water, I have been doing all sort of leg exercise also and taking medicines for vitamin d and magnesium. Please suggest as it a long problem from last 20 years but since last 1 year it has made me uncomfortable in having sleep at night time and help me out of this situation please. Me. I am taking medicine pramipex 0.125 mg -3 nos and duzela 30 mg -1 no. At night respectively. This is all about my medical treatment. Please advice.

looks like you have restless legs syndrome (rls)
kindly rule out iron deficiency, diabetes. It can also be due to peripheral neuropathy alcohol and sleep deprivation.
Treatment
* begin a regular exercise program, *establish a regular sleep patterns, and *eliminating or decreasing the use of caffeine, alcohol, and tobacco, may be helpful. *leg massages
*apply hot baths or heating pads or ice packs to the legs

There are various medicines available in allopathy for control of symptoms of parkinson disease. These are levo dopa, carbi dopa, amantadine, ropinirole, pramipexole, benzhexole etc. Kindly consult a neurologist who may treat her accordingly. Allopathy is the most scientific and reliable pathy to treat this illness.

Your problem is, medicine not responing ,this is treatment resistsnt depression (trd) there are so many pharmacotherapy for that like augmentation with other drug & pramipexole etc. Ketamine is reserve for only research & some clinical scenario, so reconsult your psychiatrist.
