Why are you taking these medicines. Dexona is a steroid. Regular uses of it leads to Stomach upset, headache, dizziness, trouble sleeping. Increased appetite or weight gain also takes place. If you are using this for weight gain this is not good. Similarly Practin is also used for increasing weight & appetite. But regular use leads to Drowsiness, dizziness, blurred vision, constipation, or dry mouth/nose/throat. So don't use the drug regularly.
