Hi,
staying longer in sex (without semen coming out too early) is possible in two ways: 1. Through medical treatment 2. Natural methods.
The first is preferred when inability to stay longer in intercourse lowers sexual self-esteem; causes severe dissatisfaction to self and partner; leads to distress in marriage requiring urgent intervention. Nutritional supplements are meant to complement a healthy diet, not replace it. If you're generally healthy and eat a wide variety of foods, you probably don't need nutritional supplements. In certain cases, dietary supplements may be useful in providing one or more nutrients only if you are deficient in any.

Why are you taking these medicines. Dexona is a steroid. Regular uses of it leads to Stomach upset, headache, dizziness, trouble sleeping. Increased appetite or weight gain also takes place. If you are using this for weight gain this is not good. Similarly Practin is also used for increasing weight & appetite. But regular use leads to Drowsiness, dizziness, blurred vision, constipation, or dry mouth/nose/throat. So don't use the drug regularly.
