Augmentin is a good antibiotic.
Work up should be done for difficulty in swallowing if it not relieved. It may be functional but investigation should be done like endoscopy.

Do gargles more often, drink warm soup, kadha, eat nimbu and healthy food and lots of liquids, I presume you are taking antibiotics, take cough syrup, take lots of rest, no stress, and if your cough increases or you feel shortness of breath then definitely go to hospital.

3. Golden milk at bed time
4. Soft bland diet.
