Hi. Please rinse your mouth properly after eating anything particularly soft foods because there is a deposition of an invisible transparent layer on the tooth surface which is known as plaque and it needs to be cleaned regularly.
Brush twice daily. Brushing at night time before going to bed is a must.
Visit a dentist for Scaling / Cleaning. Scaling will remove tartar.
Do Saline Warm water rinses.

If after taking antibiotics for 13 days, and doing betadine gargle 3 times a day, still you can see vesicles in the throat, you need to take a swab for bacterial culture and antibiotic sensitivity, and take culture specific antibiotics. Please consult an ENT surgeon who will do the needful in this regard.

No salt water gargling is much vetter than betadine. 1. Do saline gargles.
2. Whenever possible do steam inhalation also.
