Hello.. portrate mb6 is an alkaliser. It helps urinary stones in two ways..
: 1) It helps make the urine less acidic so there is reduced formation of crystals in the urine of calcium oxalate and 2) it reduces the crystal formation in urine of uric acid...
However 4 mm stone is not a very big issue.. take lots of fluids... urinary alkalisers not needed in your case...
only in recurrent stones and crystalluria, they are recommended prophylactically.
