Any anit-sensitivity tooth paste should never be used regularly. Not more than 2 months. Use Colgagte, pepeodent, babool, dabur, himalaya or any toothpaste for regular use. Dear lybrate-user, whitening toothpaste may cause severe tooth sensitivity if used for a long term. In indian market there are so many brands of toothpaste available. For healthy gum use normally available toothpaste which dnt contain any abrasive material as it may damage enamel. If you have tooth sensitivity use sensitive toothpaste in particular.

Use any toothpaste I repeat use any toothpaste other than used for teeth sensitivity as it doesn't have any major impact in adult permanent tooth structures. Instead a proper brushing technique brings a drastic change in your oral hygiene.
