Yes you can give her 3.5 ml twice a day but please can you provide a history of her illness, since when this is and what all medications did you give her in the recent past meanwhile please avoid all cold and sour food items.

It takes time to get cured. Moreover r you taking all the above mentioned medicines. Wash the skin two to three times a day.
Keep the skin dry.
