You may be suffering from Recurrent furunculosis. Check your blood sugar levels. Apply Mupimet cream twice daily in all body folds and nostrils and affected areas for 7 days a month for 3 months. Use Soapex soap for bathing. If it still recurs you may need a longer oral antibiotic course.

if the ear infection is in middle ear & caused by bacteria or viruses (severe condition) you may try using otisoothe ear drop. It helps to control fungal (including malassezia sp) and bacterial infection. & creates unfavourable condition in ear canal for pathogen to prosper. It also provides a soothing effect and faster healing.

go for spirometry. If it shows obstructive features with reversibility then ICS+laba (budamate or foracort)
