There are two important points to be considered for oxalate stone

Hi
An approximate amount of 7-9 teaspoons of added sugar in males and 5-6 teaspoons in females is the outer limit for maintenance of sugar levels in human body daily. But along with this, regular exercise and healthy eating is required too.
Kindly eat your meals on time and in appropriate quantities. Salad and juices also help in enhancing metabolism.
Walk daily, drink lots of water, be stress free.

1. Do regular aerobic exercise for 1 hour daily (brisk walking, jogging, running, swimming, cycling etc)
2. Reduce weight if overweight
