This can be done by IVP and blood investigation

Potrate mb6 helps in prevention of stone formation. It may not help much in clearing them out. Calculate your stone bulk and if more than 1 cm or signs of obstruction then surgery is the only option. Endocopic surgery is feasible.

Drink sufficient water daily so as to pass atleast 2 lit urine every day. Person consuming excessive amount of alcohol can form calcium oxalate stones as a result of being dehydrated, and alcohol is known to dehydrate the system as a diuretic. While excessive consumption of alcohol could put someone at a greater risk for kidney stones, moderate consumption has actually been shown to potentially prevent kidney stones.

Kidney stone size and position is important.
Regular follow up to check the rise in kidney stone size should be done.
Estofert is safe but argipreg being amino acid preparation should be taken if absolutely indicated and needs more close monitoring for stone size.

Uriflush 3 is an ayurvedic preparation with diuretic (make you pass more urine) action. Better to avoid it .you may continue potrate mb6 as it is a urinary alkaliniser which reduces tendency to stone formation.

Mr. lybrate-user, If you do not have diabetes and still want to avoid sugar as part of keeping free from extra sugar, it is better to avoid even the sugar free tabs. Those are not really safe. Thanks.
