Daily recommended dose is 400 iu so if 1 ml contains 800 iu then dose will be 0.5 ml 1 ml = 20 drops so 0.5 ml = 10 drops you can give it 0.5 ml = 10 drops once daily dose schedule or you can give it 0.25 ml = 5 drops two times per day schedule.

It is normal to not have regular period while your lactating, just to stay on safe side use contaception to avoid any pregnancy while your child is only 7 mth old. As soon as you stop breast feeding you will have regular periods.

Vitamin D is slightly deficient, better to maintain from 45 to 60. Vitamin B 12 is normal at lower range, maintain it up to 800. Other values are normal. Go for Thyroid profile check.

the most common conditions could be an enlarged prostate or an incomplete urethral stricture or a urethral or bladder diverticulitis. Kindly get an ultrasound of your kidney urethra bladder and prostate for further diagnosis and get back with the reports.
