Measles vaccine is after 9 months. Flu is optional vaccine. Two doses at 1 month interval first year. Then one dose every year as of now available vaccine.

Prevention of polio is vaccination according to govt program right from birth. Once established there is no cure, though it can be managed with physiotherapy. Also contractures of muscles can be treated with surgeries.

BCG, oral Polio, hepatitis b in first week. @6 wk DPT, IPV HIB HBV. But you really need to meet pediatrician to understand what it is. There are too many options for vaccines to be advised online.

It's perfect, you have to go for Penta, one more time. Go for rotavirus vaccine and pneumococcal vaccine from private if not available at government hospital. Mmr 9 mt, typhoid conjugate vaccine at 10 mt, hepatitis A vaccine at one year of age.
