yes oral polio given is fine.
ipv as it is better vaccine.. it is better if you take ipv at later stage also is fine

Almost all cases of polio occur before age 5, therefore oral polio vaccine is usually not recommended beyond 5 years.

BCG, oral Polio, hepatitis b in first week. @6 wk DPT, IPV HIB HBV. But you really need to meet pediatrician to understand what it is. There are too many options for vaccines to be advised online.

You can get your vaccination done from local Pediatrician but as they are special vaccines you need to inform doctor prior going there as they have to arrange it specially for you.
