Nialip-750 is a brand name. The name of the medicine is nicotinic acid slow/controlled release. It is a drug that is indicated in high triglyceride levels not so much in high cholesterol levels. Hi along with folic acid and vitamins you should be given some antibiotic like metrogyl 200 bds. You can also take some anti inflammatory tablets that will reduce pain and swelling. Take plenty of curds green vegetable and liquids. Avoid roti in any form. Take soft diet. Avoid constipation. You can take homoeopathic medicines like borex 30 tds for 5 days.
