hi lybrate user, in first 3months it is not advisable to have iron supplements as it may increase vomiting.
please have a short frequent meals and diet rich in carbohydrates don't have water with food. Avoid spicy oily food.
regards to medicine you should use antiemetic only when diet and other measures doesn't work.
avoid use of medicine without gynecologist prescription.

ATT is usually taken for 6 months. After 2 months, pyrazinamide is stopped and other medications should be continued.
In your case case, i suggest you to repeat a CXR to look for the response and amount of remaining fluid. Also continue rifampicin, isoniazid and ethambutol for atleast 3 more months. You can stop pyrazimamide.
