Hi it would be better if you consult with some photographs as treatment is different for every patient. Also there are many itching conditions assiciated with pregnancy so you might not have scabies.

If it’s scabies, you shud take stat dose of antihelminthic, permethrin cream to be used once as overnight treatment. Repeat it after two weeks if necessary, stop dermikem, if you have itchy raised papular lesions, you can use crotarax hc daily at night for a week till itching settles.

For scabies, permethrin is good. Once overnight application. And with a single dose of ivermectin in the correct dose. Also make sure to wash your clothes and dry them out, plus your bedsheet, and quilt.

Dear user, scabies infection will cause more itching at night. If permethrin does not work, you should meet a dermatologist so they will be able to properly identify the lesion and treat accordingly. In the meanwhile, avoid close contact with family members and make sure your clothes are washed separately and with hot water because in case of scabies infection, the mites will be killed. You can consult me for more doubts regarding this online by clicking on my photo and booking an appointment ho...more
