Asked for male, 25 years old from Faridabad

Everyday after evening around 5 pm to 6 pm it starts itching under my thighs, hips and legs and it comes in interval and long last till Morning 4 am. I have already taken some medicine like loratadine done along with plosat gm But nothing has happened. Please help me to get rid of this problem.

Mujhe breast ke niche daad hua tha. Maine clobetasol propionate neomycin sulphate and miconazole nitrate cream applying kia tha for 15 days. Then it cured. Bt kuch dino se jaha pe daad hua tha uske pass thora itching ho raha hain. Ek rash v hua hain. Bt kohi ring worm mean rash k bahaar koi circle nahi hain. Kis wajah se aisa ho raha hain pls bataiye. Hi, please stop using clobetasol cream since it is a steroid and not appropriate treatment for fungal infection. Use micogel at night for a few weeks instead and see a doctor if there is no satisfactory response.

I am 27 year old male and I am a pharmacist. I am suffering from ringworm infection from last 2 years on my right hip (since december 2012), I got this infection from my younger brother (his got relief from it with in 2-5monts, now he is ok). I have taken lots of medicine since 2 years, my doctor prescribed me ketoconazole cream + beclomethasone, neomycin, clotrimazole cream + 1tab fluconazole + some antihistamine drug. Some doctor prescribed me terbinafin also. When I take fluconazole tablet with appling cream also I got relief from it for 10 to 15 days, but with continue application of creams, it again occurs, some one suggest me to use clotimazole dusting powder, it give me relief but not give cure and thi again occurs. When I use combination of 3 creams (ketoconazole cream + beclomethasone, neomycin, clotrimazole cream + clobetasol, nomycin, miconazole cream) I got relief when I apply this combination. But during application of this combination it not appear & when I stop it again occurs. Please suggest me for resistant ringworm infection, which is initially half ring and now it is dotted in a small area which also looks like ring type with itching. Thanks

Do not use combination creams as they have steroid in them which does not cure the fungus but gives temporary relief. Use nizral cream twice a day on the itchy areas for 4 weeks regularly. Wear light loose breathable fabric like cotton to avoid sweating and aggravation of fungus.
