It is not clear from your question if the blockage was in the arteries or veins. And what kind of valve was put in. Smoking is very dangerous for this type of problems. So immediately give up smoking. As for as medicines are concerned one can comment only after knowing the details of the treatment.

You have intermittent claudication and the treatment is to improve the vascular supply by lifestyle changes like stopping smoking and doing mild exercises like walking. The mainstays of therapy for ic are a risk-factor modification, exercise, and antiplatelet therapy. If these prove inadequate, treatment with pentoxifylline or cilostazol may be reasonable.
