Dear Javvaji,
No tablet is safe. Every tablet has side effects since they are routed through various organs before reaching the target organ.
I agree that there are no major side effects with these nootropics.
All nootropics are not 100% potent. They may be of very little help in normal population.
Don't include modafinil in this list. It is better to avoid for normal persons. Other tablets if you can afford, you can take.

Dear Pramod,
Your uncle is lucky to get improvement with these tablets. Please follow all the tablets as prescribed so as not to lose the benefits. If you have any concerns of drug interaction or side effect, please discuss with your doctor.
At the age of 37 years, if your uncle quits smoking and has good memory, it will be useful for his quality of life in future.

Further medication is required based on the presence of intracranial blood vessel occlusion, presence of atrial fibrillation (rhythm abnormality of heart) etc. Which can be commented only after getting results of ct angiogram/mri tof ,ecg and echo of heart.
