Did they say eczema? take regular medication and do the following for prevention:
keep the skin dry - men that have penile eczema should keep the skin dry. No more long baths, regular change of underwear, avoid sexual contact.
Hydrate the skin - dry skin is also a problem when having penile eczema, and it should be dealt with by keeping the skin hydrated.
